Since its introduction in 1996, Roush Industries BrakeDAQ system has been the choice for on-road testing of brake noise. Now with the introduction of BrakeDAQ G3, all of the refinement and improvements of BrakeDAQ’s earlier versions are captured and applied. BrakeDAQ is now integrated into a portable PC/hardware platform for easier transportability and vehicle installation. The integration of individual wheel accelerometer data with in-car microphone data provide a wonderful comprehensive set of data from which to engineer and resolve brake noise challenges.
