BrakeDAQ
Since its introduction in 1996, Roush’s
BrakeDaq system has been the choice for on-road
testing of brake noise. Now with the introduction
of BrakeDaq V.0, all of the refinement and improvements
of BrakeDaq’s earlier versions are captured
and applied. BrakeDaq is now integrated into a
hardened portable PC for easier transportability
and vehicle installation.
Integration of individual wheel accelerometer
data with in-car microphone data provide a wonderful
comprehensive set of data from which to engineer
and resolve brake noise challenges.
